Featuring novel LED cold light technology, the LEDs boast a lifespan of over 60,000 hours and a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) ≥ 95. Both illumination intensity and color temperature are infinitely adjustable from 1-100 levels. The integrated optical design of the LED lamp head concentrates the beam into a highly bright, uniform light column. This ensures a soft, evenly distributed deep-field focus, fully meeting the surgical demands for high brightness and deep penetration.

Advanced control system

Equipped with a one-touch endoscopic mode and real-time display of illumination and color temperature, the system facilitates rapid adjustments to meet diverse surgical needs. The built-in digital memory function automatically saves preferred lighting settings, eliminating the need for recalibration upon restart. Furthermore, it utilizes a multi-channel control architecture for LEDs of the same power rating. This redundant design ensures that the failure of a single LED bead will not compromise the overall surgical illumination.

Aerodynamic Design for Cleanrooms
The petal-shaped lamp head is specifically designed to minimize air turbulence. The streamlined, aerodynamic lamp cover fully complies with modern operating room standards. Sealed entirely with silicone gaskets, the lamp head features a smooth, aesthetically pleasing surface that prevents dust accumulation and fluid ingress, facilitating easy cleaning and meeting strict laminar flow and sterility requirements.

Premium Suspension System

The petal-shaped OT Light is designed with a curved double-bend structure for optimal stability and smooth rotation. The stacked arms (900mm/750mm) feature independent rotation and sensitive carbon brush connections. The alloy spring balance arm offers effortless positioning (90° vertical / 340° horizontal pivot) and withstands 50,000 fatigue cycles. Equipped with six damped universal joints, it guarantees precise, stable operation and ease of maneuverability for diverse surgical needs.

Compact & Sophisticated Focusing System

Lightweight and user-friendly, this system features smooth stepless focusing. The detachable sterile handle is crafted from heat-resistant PPSU engineering plastic, safely withstanding high-temperature sterilization up to 160°C.

Top-Tier Components

Features a Mingwei (Taiwan) power supply and AkzoNobel (Switzerland) plastic powder. EU RoHS-certified, antibacterial, and fire-resistant, the smooth surface prevents turbulence and allows for easy disinfection, fully meeting hospital infection control standards.

Flexible Configurations

Available in multiple configurations including 6-petal, 5-petal, and 3-petal designs, as well as ceiling-mounted, floor-standing, and wall-mounted systems.
