4.6 Headboard and Footboard

Molded from high-impact ABS reinforced plastic, these panels feature an elegant, European-style arc design with impact-resistant corners. The center section is accented with colored decorative inserts. Designed with a versatile hanging mount system, they are easy to install, disassemble, and serve as CPR emergency release tools to meet clinical standards. The footboard also includes a convenient slot for patient information cards.

4.7 Five-Stage Guardrail

This fully enclosed guardrail is constructed from premium electrophoretic aluminum alloy with a hardened surface for superior wear and deformation resistance. The vertical posts consist of five profiled aluminum tubes with steel end-joints, connected via hollow riveting to a steel-tube base. When folded flat, the guardrail sits slightly above the mattress to prevent displacement and features an emergency quick-release mechanism for rapid access.

Equipped with universal casters featuring single-brake rod-lock mechanisms. The steel frame supports a high-load nylon (PA6) core and a wear-resistant TPR tread, providing excellent resistance to oil, water, chemicals, and mold, while significantly reducing noise and vibration.
